Im 41 now and when i was in school it was great weather just before we got our summerholidays, then "meh"-weather for the 6 weeks of summerholiday. When we had to go back in school late august the weather turned warm and sunny again. In the Netherlands that is. And the current weather situation is caused by an El Niño late last year, and from my understanding el ninos are not climatechange related.

Ah the good old emergency haybob. Still got ours at the back of a nissen hut. Quite amusing to see on the back of a newer tractor but it worked. On the complete opposite end of the spectrum I can boast of having tedded using a 6.7m krone on the back of a David brown 995 years ago in my teens when dad had a field of hay down at the same time we were doing silage. Lifting the krone was interesting to say in the least even with weights added to the front😂

I can also tell you that it can spool a long string of old fencing wire in a short period of time, only thing they need to redesign a bit is the spool discharge mechanism 🤬
